Our Mission
Our mission at the Strohm Foundation is straight forward…to fund quality research in an effort to find a cure for cancer. We believe the best way of doing so is to support the efforts of the finest scientific minds on the planet at the world’s best facilities.
The majority of funding that supports cancer research comes from private charitable contributions. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we are dedicated and determined to provide these sorely needed life saving funds. All monies contributed to this foundation supports quality research foundations, hospitals, institutions and organizations dedicated to finding a cure for any form of cancer. Please help support our vision and eradicate cancer from our lives and the lives of future generations. To make a donation or join us on our mission, please contact us at 631-848-1138 or email edward@strohmfoundation.org. |

"Through the years, with pride and admiration, we have watched the Strohm Foundation doggedly pursue it’s course of bringing together researchers and people, from around the world, in pursuit of a cure for cancer. While other nonprofits have opened and closed, they have resolutely followed this path and continue to expand their research network. But, most of all, it is with gratitude that we follow their efforts for it is research that made the difference when our child was battling this terrible disease."

Ed Strohm and The Strohm Foundation reached out to our charity many years ago. Ed was the one who recognised a common aim and a likely bond between Joining Against Cancer in Kids, [J-A-C-K], and his foundation. J-A-C-K was founded following the death of Jack Brown in 1999 from paediatric cancer. Jack was the son of two detectives from London and he was treated in the U.S.A. Ed’s drive is incredible and his enthusiasm undeniable; he is determined to improve the lives of children who are blighted by cancer. The Strohm Foundation has provided funds for J-A-C-K to implement clinical trials designed to improve the outcome for children fighting Neuroblastoma. Ed and his foundation should be thanked and congratulated for their unceasing efforts and huge contribution to better the lives of children and families battling cancer.
